Today's Success Tip: Joachim de Posada says, Don't eat the marshmallow...yet
|
Posted By: Elynor Moss on June 29, 2012 We were invited to the National Association of African Americans in Human Resource's reception held at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis during the SHRM conference, and the gift/tip we walked away with was from Joachim de Posada. Joachim de Posada is a speaker and motivational coach. He's the author of "How to Survive Among the Piranhas" and "Don't Eat the Marshmallow ... Yet." Not only did he explain the importance of being willing to sacrifice now in order to gain maximum rewards later, but he also advised us all to make sure the Business Cards we pass out include content on both sides! His business card is a Million Dollar Bill. His client agreed to do business with him simply because he liked his business card.
