Job Description
Human Resources Intern
PRB seeks a Human Resources Intern to assist with administrative tasks to support the operations of the organizationís human resource department. The Human Resources Intern should have an interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources, and be a self-starter who is detail oriented, has strong communication skills and is highly confidential.


Post new positions on websites and job boards
Assist with screening resumes and applications
Collect and update ADP (HRIS) with employee information (e.g., employment forms and contact information)
Provides assistance to full cycle recruiting initiatives
Ad hoc reporting and filing
Assist with other ad hoc HR administrative duties
Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects
Qualifications & Requirements
Currently pursuing a Master's degree (junior or senior) focusing on Human Resources or related field, or recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Resourceful with problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Proactive and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of local and federal laws and regulations in terms of employment
Ability to remain calm under pressure and possess a sense of urgency
Social Media experience preferred
