Customer Strategy Manager - Consumer Health Care
Location: Warren, NJ and Multiple
Summary: The Customer Strategy Manager is accountable for taking the US Brand Marketing vision, creating the go-to-market strategy, bringing the vision to life in the retail marketplace, and achieving overall brand sales objectives. He/She/They sets distribution priorities, develops pricing and promotional guidelines, creates shelving recommendations in partnership with Shopper Insights, and sets the tone on how the brand engages with consumers and shoppers in the retail/online shopping environment. The Customer Strategy Manager also identifies customer insights/trends to shape marketing strategies/tactics, partners with key retailers on account specific projects, and prioritizes trade resources across customers to drive profitable growth.
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in sales strategy, trade marketing, direct sales, and/or other sales supporting function with customer facing responsibilities
Experience with consumer retail environment and omni-channel programming
Experience in financial management including brand P&Ls, ROI, and budget management
Experience working with multiple information sources such as syndicated data (IRI/Neilsen), with both POS and Household Panel data, retailer proprietary POS and Trade Promotion systems (as well as any associated web-based applications)
Experience in MS Office applications
