Job Description
Executive Compensation, Program Administrator

TriHealth is actively recruiting for an Executive Compensation, Program Administrator for our corporate office in Cincinnati, Ohio.

As the Executive Compensation, Program Administrator, you will report to the SVP, Human Resources and Sr. Director Total Rewards. You are responsible for developing and in some cases administering system-wide compensation programs for leaders and executives including variable compensation, executive benefits, and market surveys. These programs need to attract, retain, and motivate leaders as well as comply with a complex regulatory environment (IRS, SEC, FAS, new legislation, etc.).

The incumbent works closely with Senior Leadership and supports the SVP, Human Resources in working with the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors and its independent compensation consultant to develop innovative and balanced programs that are aligned with business objectives and total rewards strategy.

The Executive Compensation Program Leader is responsible for assisting in delivering core executive and leadership compensation initiatives to internal clients by applying professional judgment, knowledge, and experience. The individual assists in the research, analysis, design, implementation, and administration of key compensation programs of the Company. In addition, the individual will assist in the implementation, management and development of innovative solutions that support the business unit strategy and design by applying thought leadership and their subject matter expertise. This includes project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality, communication, and cost. Projects may include, but are not limited to survey administration, technology, communications, and competitive pay benchmarking.

Other Key Responsibilities include:

Coordinate pay benchmarking projects for specific leadership roles including job evaluation, internal and external analysis and recommendations
Develop individual pay recommendations for newly hired or promoted senior leaders
Conduct the research, analysis and design of specific core executive and senior leadership compensation initiatives including pay mix, incentive leverage, salary ranges, perquisites, etc.
Participate in the design, implementation, communication, and administration of the annual, short-term, or long-term incentive plans for all eligible employees
Responsible for the completion of executive and leadership compensation surveys
Responsible for providing support to the SVP HR for all Board and Compensation Committee activities
Recommend and assist in developing new or modified executive and leadership compensation plans or policies
Perform compensation-related merger/acquisition/divestiture work as necessary due diligence, retention, integration, etc.
Oversee the development of data/analysis needed to manage the executive compensation program administration, compensation planning, and establishment of guidelines for annual incentive plan design
Stay abreast of leadership compensation best practices, legal developments, emerging trends, and technological advancements
Collaborate well with HR peers and business and/or functional experts
Qualifications & Requirements
To be qualified for this position, you must meet these minimum requirements:

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related area

EXPERIENCE:
5-7 years of work experience delivering progressively complex compensation program solutions
3-4 years executive compensation experience

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
Not-for-profit experience
Benefits experience
Large healthcare systems or organization experience
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
