Patient Navigator Non-Clinical 2 UC Davis Medical Center Sacramento, CA Patient Navigator Non-Clinical 2 Salary Range: $17.77 - $35.73 Hourly Final Filing Date: 07/28/2022 The role of this position is to provide executive level input to ensure that families are equal partners in the planning, development and implementation of services. Using a trauma-informed approach, the Family Navigator assists families with accessing needed community resources and navigating county systems, providing education related to treatment and resources, coordinating with patients community service providers. Identifying patients preferences and any barriers to the treatment plan implementation.
