Job Description

Professional who will work closely with Technology Engagement Advisors on a variety of activities necessary to respond to customer concerns/inquiries on technology and Enterprise Technology services; in coordination with various Enterprise Technology teams invoice and communicate charge-backs to various business units; participate in the intake and initial discovery of requested projects; perform and assist in the review of various technologies; facilitate a positive customer experience; advocates on behalf of assigned units while promoting Enterprise Technology’s vision, values, services and capabilities

Salary Range

$42,000-$50,000 per year; DOE

Essential Duties

Identify risks and opportunities of technologies to fulfill the requirements of Units.
Consult with units to answer questions and determine appropriate available services.
Communicate on upcoming Enterprise Technology (ET) initiatives and goals to assigned units.
Based on customer feedback, escalate issues via appropriate resolution paths.
Create and maintain documentation.
Provide reports on the various services for clients and gather feedback on metrics.
Manage unit expectations.
Assist in the discovery phase of new projects.
Prepare and communicate unit billing.
Use the Service Catalog to identify opportunities and provide recommendations based on goals of units.
Collaborates with team members to ensure optimal outcomes; assist team build, develop, and maintain relationships vital to partnership success
Take responsibility for fostering culture, advancing our values, and championing engagement in all its forms -- collaborating across our teams as well as participating in ET/ASU events and programs. Demonstrates commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment. Advances our ET Affirmative Pledge.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or closely related. One (1) year technology support and/or administrative experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

Some knowledge and ability to learn about ASU including policies, relationships, dependencies, identify key individuals within various departments, colleges, and the Enterprise Technology.
Ability to follow directions, multitasking, attention to detail and handling projects with tight deadlines.
Knowledge of information technology.
Basic knowledge of the risks and opportunities of various technologies.
Ability to model empathy, compassion, and emotional intelligence.
Experience hiring in a values-led organization, emphasizing diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
Ability to help foster a safe psychological space for all teammates where everyone can thrive.

Working Environment

Activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding and manipulating a computer mouse 75 percent; required to stand for varying lengths of time and walk moderate distances to perform work 10 percent.
Ability to clearly communicate to perform essential functions.
Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, pushing and pulling up to 25 pounds 15 percent.
Regular activities require ability to quickly change priorities, which may include or are subject to resolution of conflicts.
