Job Description

Director of People & Culture
$1,500 sign-on bonus for applicant hired by 2/28/2023, paid upon completion of 90 days of employment
The Director of People & Culture oversees the planning, leading, development and implementation of HR programs that align with the organization’s goals and vision.
Collaborates with executive committee members to support the organization’s goals and strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements
Required Certification: SHRM-CP or PHR certification
Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Required Experience: 5 years managing a Human Resources Department
